Let us drill all of the holes and put together a kit that you can assemble in 20 - 30 minutes.
Choose 10 gallon vessels to brew 5 - 7 gal batches. 15 gallon vessels to brew 5 - 10 gallons of beer.
20+ gallon batches choose the 122 qt or 30 gallon vessels. 30+ gallon batches choose the 55 gallon Boilermakers.
Need a brewing stand, add the Blichmann Engineering’s TopTier Modular Brewing Stand then add the components you want.
Want to go all electric? Then add a Shelf Tier to the TopTier for the HLT, Mash Tun and Brewpot.
Want a combination of electric and gas? Then add a Shelf Tier for the electric components and a Burner Tier for the propane.
You can select from MiniBrew, Blichmann and Bayou Classic for the different components for your BYOB.
Take it up another notch and add our HERMS package. We have packages for gas-fired systems, and one of our Electric Brewing Controllers (EBC II or EBC III), March pump, quick connectors and braided hose and more.
The EBC III has integrated PID controllers for precise automatic control. Automate your EBC II-based system by adding a pair of Ranco ETC Temperature Controllers.
The system can be further enhanced by adding an electric brewpot and/or a plate chiller. You can chose between the Shirron Plate Chiller or Blichmann Engineering’s Therminator.
As with any gas fired system, large volumes of boiling hot liquid are inherently dangerous, and extreme care is recommended. Adding high-energy electricity to the equation increases the potential of danger. The heating elements will not withstand dry firing, and must always be completely immersed when energized. Careless operation can result in serious injury or death.
This equipment is sold as an experimental kit, to be assembled by the user. Assembly is straight-forward, and takes just 30 minutes or so.
